Humble Beginnings.
Most software and marketing companies are started by chasing the next big idea. TalkingScout started as a way to solve a problem we were already looking to solve at home.
OUR MISSION
Family Business
Our father has owned a local mechanic shop in Dallas for 25+ years. We saw how hard it can be to answer the phone and speak with customers when sometimes as a business owner you just want to relax at home after hours.
The Solution
Keep it easy.
After seeing the stress of clients constantly calling the family business calls (a good problem) during a family dinner (not a good problem), brothers Ricky and Lupe looked at each other and said “There has to be a better way to handle this.”
